RECRUITMENT OF HR PROFESSIONALS IN REGULAR SCALE OF PAY
MECON Limited, a Miniratna, Schedule “A” Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, providing engineering, consultancy, contracting, and project management services, invites online applications from qualified and experienced individuals for recruitment to the following posts:

3. GRADE, AGE & PAY SCALE

4. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE DETAILS
- Candidates from UR, OBC (NCL), and EWS categories must have at least 60% aggregate marks in the required educational qualification. SC/ST/PwD candidates have relaxation of 5%, i.e., 55% marks.
- Educational qualifications must be from universities or institutes recognized by the Government of India or accredited by bodies like UGC/AICTE.
- Work Experience: The experience must be full-time, regular, and in a relevant field. Freelance or part-time experiences are invalid.
5. RESERVATION & AGE RELAXATIONS
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwD candidates will be provided as per Government of India guidelines.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen and J&K Domicile candidates also receive relaxation as per Government norms.
6. SELECTION PROCESS
- The selection process will include a Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on application scrutiny, documents submitted, and eligibility verification.
- The final list of selected candidates will be posted on the MECON website and communicated via email.
7. TRAVEL ALLOWANCE (TA)
Outstation candidates appearing for the interview will be reimbursed TA as follows:
- II Tier AC (2A) / III Tier AC (3A) / First Class by rail or ₹7 per km by road, whichever is lower.
8. APPLICATION FEE
- General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates: ₹1,000 (Non-refundable)
- SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal candidates: Exempted from the application fee.
- The application fee can be paid online through the provided payment gateway.
9. REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
- Pay: In addition to the pay scale, selected candidates will be entitled to benefits such as HRA, medical facilities, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Pension Scheme, Leave, Gratuity, and more.
- Posting: Candidates may be posted anywhere in India based on organizational requirements.
