The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has announced an exciting opportunity for male Indian citizens seeking a career in the force. • Vacancies: A total of 1,124 vacancies are available for both posts, across various categories such as UR (Unreserved), SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe), OBC (Other Backward Class), EWS (Economically Weaker Section), and ESM (Ex-Servicemen).
• Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Level-3 in the pay matrix (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100/-), along with usual allowances as applicable to Central Government employees.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Citizenship: Only male Indian citizens are eligible.
• Age Limit: The age cutoff will be determined based on the closing date of submission of applications (i.e., 4th March 2025).
• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have completed their 10th standard from a recognized board or equivalent.
• Driving License: For the Constable/Driver and Constable/Driver-Cum-Pump Operator positions, candidates should possess a valid driving license for LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) and HMV (Heavy Motor Vehicle) as applicable.

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)
2. Documentation and Trade Test

Note: The final selection will depend on the performance of candidates in the written exam and their successful completion of all the other tests (PET/PST, Trade Test, etc.).

• Candidates should regularly visit the website for updates and download the admit card for each stage of the exam.

Important Points to Remember:

• Preference for Post: When filling out the application, candidates must specify their first and second preference between Constable/Driver and Constable/Driver-Cum-Pump Operator positions. This choice will be final.
• Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 10% of the vacancies for Ex-Servicemen. If suitable ESM candidates are not available, the vacancies will be filled by direct candidates.
• Final Result: The final result will be based on the performance in the written exam, subject to fulfilling all other criteria.
