Job Details
- Post: Security Officer
- Grade: Level 10 (7th CPC Pay Matrix)
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Educational Qualifications: Retired personnel from Defense/Para Military/State Police Forces at Level 10 of the 7th CPC pay matrix (on or after 01/01/2024).
- Age Limit: Less than 62 years as on the last date of application.
- CTC: ₹74,000/- per month
- Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform guarding duties and ensure the safety of company property and interests.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and assist with security measures.
- Undertake other official tasks assigned by division heads.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience in security measures for large/medium industries.
- Certified training in security officer programs aligned with industrial standards.
Selection Process
- Shortlist based on experience and qualifications.
- Shortlisted candidates will come for an interview, at given date/venue will be communicated separately.
- Note: Merely attending the interview does not guarantee selection.
Leave and Benefits
- Leave: 1 day of paid leave for every completed month of service.
- Transport Allowance: Not applicable for commuting. TA/DA for outstation visits will be provided on need basis.
- Office Hours: Full-time engagement. And the officer may be called on weekends or holidays if needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian nationals only.
- Qualifications: All educational qualifications must be from recognized institutions in India (AICTE/UGC approved).
- Experience: Relevant experience in security services.
