Position:

• Post: Assistant Security Officer (ESM) in E-I Grade
• Tenure: Fixed for 15 years, with possible extensions (5+5 years)
• Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,20,000 per month plus admissible allowances

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification:

• A 3-year degree in any discipline (Pass class).
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience.

1. Age Limit (as of 01.03.2025):

• General: 50 years
• OBC: 53 years
• Ex-Servicemen (Junior Commissioned Officer at the time of leaving the Army/Navy/Air Force).

1. Experience:

• Candidates must have experience in the Armed Forces in a relevant role.

Selection Process:

1. Written Test (85% weightage)
2. Interview (15% weightage)
